Q: Are the coach houses available for use?

A: No, the coach houses are not available for short-term rental or use (such as through VRBO). They are intended for personal use by residents to maintain a stable, long-term community.

A: Lake Osprey RV Resort is designed around the typical motorcoach setup with 193 premium sites tailored for easy access and luxury. Here's the breakdown:

A: No. A commercial storage business in less than 5 minutes away.

Q: Do you allow fishing on the lakes at Lake Osprey RV Resort?

A: Yes, fishing is allowed and is “Catch & Release” only. Expect to catch large mouth bass --some over 6 lbs, brim, or even a 15 to 20 lb grass carp.

A: No fees are due at check-in.

  • A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking.

  • One week before arrival, a final invoice is emailed, and full payment is expected before arrival.
